The Master of Laws (LLM) in Compliance & Enterprise Risk Management is a post-JD master's degree program tailored for attorneys seeking to develop or sharpen a special expertise in transactional law or compliance. You'll learn the practical skills for advising clients on best practices across a wide range of industries. Should you choose to focus in compliance, through our accredited program you will be eligible to receive a Certificate in Compliance, enabling you to sit for compliance industry examinations.
Curriculum
Coursework offers in-depth training in compliance, including courses in business planning, securities regulation, corporate compliance, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. You can complete the program online in two years as a part-time student. The program begins three times each year in the fall, spring, and summer.

Education Immersion Weekends
We encourage LLM students to attend our voluntary Education Immersion Weekends offered in the fall and spring each year at our Law School campus in Chicago, Illinois.
Degree Requirements
To earn your degree, you must complete 24 credits, including completion of a master's thesis. You are encouraged to attend two Education Immersion Weekends at Loyola's Chicago campus.
