The Healthcare Administration minor prepares students to work in healthcare settings and to understand the business side of public health and health care. The minor is built upon a foundation of Jesuit-based liberal arts, business, and public policy courses. Students adding the Healthcare Administration minor to their course of study choose from a range of classes related to the health system: healthcare fiscal management, health information technology, health policy, health equity, healthcare data analytics and more.
Curriculum
One course (three credit hours) are required and five courses (15 credit hours) are to be selected from the elective course list. You must complete the required course before enrolling in Group 1 or Group 2 electives.
