A minor in Greek provides students with a well-rounded knowledge of the ancient Greek language, as well as Greek culture and traditions. Students will become proficient at reading different genres of Greek literature in the original, finishing their senior year with a capstone course in Greek literature. Minors in Greek will find themselves prepared for pre-law or pre-medical programs, business, and other careers.
Curriculum
The minor in Greek requires four courses at the 200-level or above, plus the first half of the senior capstone, "The Humanism of Antiquity," a total of 15 credit hours.
